Here's the Blueberry muffin Recipe from Sonja
2C. flour 1/2 C. sugar 2tsp. baking powder 1/2 stick of butter 1 egg mixed with 1/2 C. milk ( MAYBE A BIT MORE,BETTER CONSISTENCY!! ) 1C. blueberries ( I use 2 CUPS!! ) MIX DRY INGREDS, CUT IN BUTTER, ADD EGG AND MILK (PRE-MIXED TOGETHER), MIX WELL, FOLD IN BLUBERRIES. TOP WITH A SPRINKLE OF SUGAR BAKE AT 400 for 25 MINS. THEY FREEZE WELL MAKES 12 SMALL OR 6 LARGE |
